Answer: Due to its different operational system, we cannot allow any returns or exchanges for the shoes you purchased from OMYSOLE.COM to our retail stores.

- I bought a pair of shoes from OMYSOLE.COM and the size did not fit. What should I do?
Answer: You may exchange unworn, unused, unwashed shoes with your original invoice and packing lists within 14 days. You MUST contact our customer service to receive an RA number in order to return shoes that does not fit. Please explain briefly whether your shoes were too small or too big. We will ship you the right size shoes upon receiving your returned shoes.
- I have a COUPON for OMYSOLE.COM How do I use this coupon?
Answer: First, select the shoes you¡¯d like to purchase, and put the shoes in the ¡°shopping bag¡±. When you check out, you should enter your coupon code. Put the coupon code on the ¡°Check Out¡± page and you will get the discount.
- How do I get on your mailing list and what are the benefits for joining your mailing list?

- I ordered a pair of shoes. When would I receive this order?
Answer: Unless your order is on hold for out-of-stock, we will ship your order within 2 business days. The shipping time will vary depends on destination. We estimate 3-7 business days in the United States, and 7-14 business days for international orders.
