Back Ordered or Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock or if there is any delay whatsoever, we will not charge your account until your order has been shipped. You will be notified by e-mail and your order will remain on "hold " until we can fulfill it.

Mailing List

We offer occasional discounts that may be delivered via e-mail to join our mailing list.

Order Security

Our site supports secure on-line purchasing through secure socket layer (SSL) technology.  This technology works best when the site is viewed with a Netscape or Microsoft browser.  The information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection.  When ordering at our site using the secure order form you will notice either a solid key or closed lock on your browser.  Always look for these signs before entering your billing information.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and  JCB
C.O.D.s are not accepted.

Privacy

We treat all of the information provided to us as confidential, and will not disclose or sell this information to any other parties.

Returns

In the event that you need to return merchandise, please do so within 14 days of the invoice date.  We'd be happy to provide credit toward your credit card if returned within this time frame.  Please contact us for a return authorization number. No returns will be processed without a RA number.  This number must be on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted.  After 14 days, all sales are final.  We do not provide refunds/credits for shipping and or handling charges.  We ask that all merchandises be returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed) and that you include a copy of the invoice/packing slip with your return.  Refunds to credit cards take approximately 14 days to process after your return is received in our warehouse.  We reserve the right to charge fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for large or commercial order returns.

Shipping 

Unless otherwise requested; we ship standard ground UPS. 

Occassionally we offer "Free Shipping."  When offered, free shipping will apply to all orders in the greater United States except in Hawaii and Alaska . We ship standard UPS. We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders, international or orders that customers have requested to be rushed.  Appropriate shipping charges for rush orders will apply. 

Taxes

We must charge sales tax of 8.25% for all orders within the state of California.
